Magdelana did a wonderful job, Great Clips in Shorewood was randomly closed for the day & I needed a cut THAT day. I'm very glad I chose to make the longer trip to Glendale to get my haircut. She did a great job of communicating, brought up a concern about a medical condition I just started treating and did NOT push any of their in-house products which I really appreciated. There's nothing I dislike more than stylists pushing products like that, she listened & communicated with compassion and got me the most enjoyable haircut I've had in years!

Joie at Supercuts is absolutely amazing! I have very curly hair, and she really knows what she’s doing. She cuts my hair perfectly every time, layers it beautifully, and truly understands how curls should move and fall. On top of her talent, her customer service is always superb...friendly, attentive, and professional. I consistently leave feeling confident and so happy with my hair. If you have curly hair (or honestly, any hair), Joie is the one you want. She’s excellent at what she does!

Ty was very welcoming and easy to talk to. She made sure to understand what I wanted and asked questions. As she was cutting my hair she would always stop to ask my preferences on different things. I appreciated that. I’m glad that I decided to stay and see who was available after feeling not welcomed or an inconvenience. I booked online with Joie after reading some reviews. I’ve been to other Supercuts and have had some bad experiences a couple of times. So I wanted to pick someone that seemed good at their job. I quickly regretted that when the receptionist told her I booked with her. As they were at the register talking about it she had a face like why did she book with me. Then asked did I book with her. She proceeded to look confused and said she had someone coming soon. I felt stupid and was going to leave but just said I would see whoever was free. But I’m glad I stayed and got Ty because she did not disappoint. So the 5 stars are for Ty even though my experience when arriving was not great.
